Oliver James Landscapes is a Northwood, Greater London based garden design, soft landscaping and garden maintenance company established in 2001.
OJL has a huge client base across Northwood and surrounding areas and continues to grow each year thanks to its wonderful client base and its passionate team members.
James has spread his contagious passion for plants and gardens throughout the team and we strongly believe that this is evident throughout their gardens in which they build and maintain.

Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete gardening tasks effectively.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Monitor and control pests and diseases in plants.
- Remove weeds and debris from gardens and landscapes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in garden maintenance, lawn care, landscaping, groundskeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in gardening.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members.
Pay: - Starting pay DOE, all team memebers have the potential to earn more as more roles and responsibilities are taken on and performance progresses.
Hours: - All team members will be asked to meet in Northwood at 7.30 am and will be back around 5.00 pm. - Role is part time but with the potential of full time.
