The salary is £200 - £230 for self-employed or working through an agency.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programs

Experience / Education

  • 4 to 5 years' experience in a similar job in an industrial environment.
  • Team and field spirit, autonomy, rigor, strength of proposal and conviction are essential assets to succeed in this position.
  • You have a good practice of computer tools.
  • Additional training: Electronic Document Management Software (EDM)

Main Objectives and Assignments

  • Define the principles of management and classification of all QPE, operating (operational procedures, operations sheets) and technical (technical files, expert reports, etc.) documentation
  • Receive, save and classify documentation
  • Keep contractual records (customer deliverables, report and balance sheet, etc.) and those necessary for the Group Quality System
  • Make documentation available at the documentation centre and distribute to recipients
  • Use the Electronic Document Management (EDM) software: search for information by direct consultation, editing of documents or lists, integration of documents (operational procedures, Grouping documentation)
  • Update the procedures under the GED, and follow the validation circuits
  • List and keep the Operations Risk Analysis (ADRO) once validated by the Client
  • Maintain the operational procedures monitoring file
  • Make available the operational procedures necessary for carrying out the operations and keep them once they have been carried out
  • Transmit the minutes of the procedures carried out to the Quality Assistant of the current campaign
  • Assume the role of Archive Manager and guarantee that the documentation identified by the Client as having to be archived is indeed archived, according to the Client's requirements and using the Client's archive management software
  • Raise the Group's staff's awareness of the Documentary Configuration Management procedure and ensure that it is properly applied.
